Hotel Information

Built in 1927 as a “Southwestern luxury hotel”, the Hassayampa Inn is

• listed in the National Register of Historic Places;

• a member of the National Trust Historic Hotels of America; and

• a AAA 3-Diamond Hotel and Restaurant.

The lobby’s exposed ceiling beams, wrought-iron chandeliers, and arched doorways confirm the hotel’s Southwestern heritage. Each room is unique and features either original furnishings or antiques. Free wireless Internet access is a concession to providing modern amenities.

The guest room rates for conference participants from Sunday night, July 16 through and including Friday night, July 21 are:

• Single occupancy: $89.00;

• Double occupancy: $109.00; and

• Suites: $139.00.

In addition, the tax on guest rooms in Prescott is currently 10.325%.

The deadline for making reservations at the Hassayampa Inn is June 15. To make reservations, either

• call the Hassayampa Inn at 928-778-9434 or 800-322-1927 or

• send a fax to the Hassayampa Inn at 928-445-8590.

To ensure that you obtain the above conference rates, refer to the identifier, WoCo9 (you cannot use the Hassayampa Inn online reservation service to obtain the conference rates).

A credit card will be required to guarantee your reservation (the Hassayampa Inn does not accept personal checks).

If you send a fax, you should include:

• the event identifier WoCo9,

• type of room (single occupancy, double occupancy, or suite) desired,

• date of arrival,

• date of departure,

• credit card information, and

• any special requirements.
